Calibrator Module Selection

The heart of all Tanabyte Calibrators is the Calibration Module. Each Module consists of a tray with a rear panel attached onto which all pneumatics, electronics and software needed to perform the specific calibration function is mounted.

One or more Calibration (or Gas Analysis) Modules can be plugged into the Docking Station that best suits the needs of the application. For ease of service, each module is self-contained and can be operated, calibrated and maintained independent of the Docking Station, by simply applying DC power or by using an extender cable and operating from a PC or Docking Station front panel.

T322 Module

Model 322 Gas Dilution Calibrator

The Model 322 Dilution Calibrator is a state-of-the-art precision instrument that produces precise, software selectable concentrations of multiple gases for the calibration of air quality analyzers. Precise Mass Flow Meters are used to blend the gas output to the specified concentration.

A built-in ozone generator provides a very repeatable ozone output at concentrations ranging from only a few PPB to greater than 1 PPM at a flow rate of 5 LPM. The ozone can be combined with NO gas to produce precise NO2 calibrations using Gas Phase Titration (GPT).

The Model 322 Dilution Module can be paired with the Model 732 Ozone Primary Standard Module in a Dual Docking Station for ultra-precise ozone generator control. In this configuration, the ozone measured by the 732's photometer is used to regulate the output of the 322's ozone generator.

Installed in either Docking Station, the Model 322 is an ideal replacement for the Dasibi 5008. In a Dual Docking Station, the 322/732 combo is an ideal replacement for the Dasibi 5008 with Photometer.

732 small

Model 732 Ozone Primary Standard Photometer

The Model 732 is an Ozone Photometer configured as a Primary Standard. A Primary Standard uses external zero air instead of an ozone scrubber for the reference measurement. The Model 732 is a photometer only and does not include an ozone generator.

The Model 732 is designed to be an ideal companion for the Model 322 Dilution Calibrator Module when paired in a Dual Docking Station. In this configuration, the ozone measured by the 732's photometer is used to regulate the output of the 322's ozone generator.

734 module

Model 734 Ozone Primary Standard Calibrator

The Model 734 includes an Ozone Photometer configured as a Primary Standard. A Primary Standard uses external zero air instead of an ozone scrubber for the reference measurement.

In addition, the 734 includes a built-in ozone generator that provides a very repeatable ozone output at concentrations ranging from only a few PPB to greater than 1 PPM at a flow rate of up to 5 LPM. The photometer's ozone measurement can optionally be used to precisely regulate the output of the ozone generator to a specified concentration.

724 module

Model 724 Ozone Transfer Standard Calibrator

The Model 724 is configured as an Ozone Transfer Standard Calibrator, with a built-in ozone generator and zero air supply. The U.S. EPA Equivalent Method photometer can either be configured to measure external ozone concentrations or to monitor the ozone generator output in order to precisely control the ozone concentration to a specified set point.

A three port ozone output manifold allows ozone to be directed to the internal photometer and an external instrument simultaneously. The internal zero air supply provides clean pollutant-free air to the ozone generator with sufficient flow to supply ozone to two photometers.
